At Zahra Haram, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Please note: We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

2. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will gladly exchange it. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

We will arrange the return and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

If a return is accepted and we cannot offer a replacement, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 working days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer will need to pay the return shipping fee
