At Zahra Haram, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason your order isn’t right, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange. Please read our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The product you received is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect.
- You received the Wrong Size, Color, or Design.
Products must be:
- Unused and Unwashed.
- In their Original Packaging with all Tags Intact.
- Reported for Exchange within 3 days of Delivery.
2. NonExchangeable Items
- Sale or Discounted items are not eligible for Exchange.
- Products damaged due to Customer Handling, Washing, or Misuse will not be Accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number and a clear reason for exchange.
- Share photos/videos of the product if it is Damaged or Defective.
4. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.
After Inspection, We will dispatch your replacement.
If your requested item/size is not available, We may offer:
- An alternative product of equal value, or
- Store credit for future use.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (Wrong, Defective, or Damaged item), We will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g., size preference), the Customer may need to cover the Shipping Cost.
