Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product is Damaged or Defective.
- You received the Wrong Product, Size, or Color.
- Products must be Unused, Unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- NonExchangeable Items
- Sale or Discounted Items are not eligible for exchange.
- Products damaged due to Misuse, Washing, or Customer handling will not be accepted.

- Contact us via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Provide clear photos of the product (if defective/damaged).
- Once approved, you will be guided on How to return the product.
- Exchange Process
After We receive and Inspect the returned product, We will dispatch your replacement.
If the requested product/size is unavailable, We may offer you an alternative item of Equal Value or a Store Credit.
- Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are requesting an exchange for other reasons (e.g., size preference), you may need to bear the shipping cost.
